Summary

Hiiragi, a good-natured art student has a secret hobby. He likes to peep into people's by using his planted listening devices at home and receiving radio waves from taxis and trucks. Despite his peaceful campus life, Hiiragi is facing a crisis. For some reason, he hasn't been able to get it up for the last 3 months, no matter what he did.
